Comedian Kevin Hart visits Kigali Rwanda / Shops at Haute Baso

Rwanda had the great opportunity of hosting renowned comedian Kevin Hart who is currently in Kigali city visiting with his family. Kevin Hart is an American comedian and actor who has starred in Hollywood films and even appeared on TV. Kevin Hart has an outstanding career and has a made a name for himself in Hollywood, he has had comedy tours such as ‘Laugh at my pain”, “Let me explain” and “I am a grown little man.”. Kevin Hart has sold out Madison square garden in New York USA which is the world’s most famous arena, all this is testament that he is incredibly talented and a comedic genius.

Rwanda is the perfect travel destination for Kevin Hart and his family as it is diverse and offers memorable travel experiences and excursions. The national park is located in the south western part of Rwanda and is one of the oldest rain forest in Africa. Nyungwe forest national park has the largest population of the chimpanzees in Rwanda and a small number can be found in Gishwati forest. The chimp trek usually starts with a transfer to the park headquarters where you receive a briefing on safety precautions and things to consider when visiting the chimpanzees before starting your trek in Nyungwe forest.

Wildlife safari in Akagera National Park

A wildlife safari to Akagera national park takes you on adventure to the home of the African Big Five in Rwanda that include Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant and Rhino. The drive to Akagera national park alone gives you an insight into the busy trading towns, the locals going about their day and the scenic views of Rwanda’s landscape. Nyungwe Forest Canopy Walk

The Nyungwe forest canopy walk is a must do activity in Rwanda and is an exhilarating activity as you walk along a 70m high suspension bridge and 200m walkway. The guided canopy walk is along the Igishigishigi trail in Nyungwe forest. The extensive views of Nyungwe rainforest are spectacular and worth the short hike to the starting point of the canopy walk, the photo session is equally rewarding.
